x.6_A/V.f [xpan 6channel audiovisual forum] es un sistema espacial diseñado como infraestructura autónoma de exhibición, proyección y escucha multicanal. desarrollado por xpan en febrero de 2024, el sistema parte de un arco estructural autoestable fabricado en acero ptr, que actúa como soporte de suspensión para bocinas xpan.mdl.1 y una pantalla frontal.
la pieza se compone de tres componentes principales: una membrana visual tensada con impresión gráfica difusa, una serie de bocinas mdl.1 suspendidas distribuidas a lo largo del arco en una configuración envolvente de 6 canales, y un conjunto de anclajes y contrapesos fabricados en acero macizo que estabilizan la estructura sin requerir fijaciones al suelo.
el sistema fue desarrollado para activaciones efímeras, espacios institucionales y foros de presentación que requieren condiciones técnicas precisas sin comprometer su desmontaje. su geometría abierta permite visibilidad frontal y posterior, mientras su espacialidad sonora crea un campo inmersivo que amplifica la narrativa visual. el sistema opera como infraestructura portátil, foro intervenible y medio de articulación audiovisual.

x.6_A/V.f [xpan 6channel audiovisual forum] is a spatial system designed as a self-standing infrastructure for multichannel projection, exhibition, and listening. developed by xpan in february 2024, the system is based on a self-supporting steel arch (PTR profile), which acts as a suspension support for xpan.mdl.1 speakers and a frontal screen.
the piece consists of three main components: a tensioned visual membrane with diffuse printed graphics, a set of suspended mdl.1 speakers distributed along the arch in a 6-channel immersive configuration, and a group of anchoring blocks and solid steel counterweights that stabilize the structure without floor fixings.
the system was developed for ephemeral activations, institutional spaces, and presentation forums that demand precise technical conditions without compromising its removability. its open geometry allows for both front and rear visibility, while the spatial audio field generates an immersive atmosphere that enhances the visual narrative. the system operates as portable infrastructure, an intervenable forum, and a medium for audiovisual articulation.

x.6_A/V.f［xpan 6ch オーディオビジュアル・フォーラム］は、マルチチャンネルの投影・展示・リスニングのために設計された自立型の空間システムである。2024年2月にxpanによって開発され、スチールPTR製の自立アーチ構造を基盤とし、xpan.mdl.1スピーカーと前面スクリーンのサスペンション支持体として機能する。
この作品は、半透明グラフィックを施したテンションビジュアル膜、アーチ全体に6ch構成で吊るされたmdl.1スピーカー、床に固定することなく構造を安定させる鋼製のアンカーとカウンターウェイトという3つの主要要素で構成されている。
本システムは、一時的なアクティベーション、制度的空間、高度な技術条件を必要とするプレゼンテーションのために開発された。前後方向の視認性を確保しながら、空間音響によって視覚的なナラティブを拡張する没入的な環境を生み出す。このシステムは、ポータブルインフラ、介入可能なフォーラム、そしてオーディオビジュアルの表現媒体として機能する。
